Insolations No. 3. "The only word of freedom is all that still exalts me." Paris, Fata Morgana, 9 December 1968. Portfolio in-4 (300 x230 mm) of 3 ff.n.ch, 17 ff. quantified (1-16, 4A), 1 f.n.ch with a presentation of the magazine; original portfolio with title on the top plate, laces. The last issue of the avant-garde journal Insolation. The presentation leaflet is a kind of manifesto: "Insolation is a heliographic process of reproduction that gives its title to this series of works: texts and drawings by painters, sculptors and writers". Produced in mimeographed form, this issue contains illustrations by Bernard Dufour, Ipousteguy, Wifredo Lam, François Lunven, and texts by Pierre Guyotat, Denis Roche, Romain Weingarten, and Kateb Yacine. In addition to their signatures, each illustrator added an original drawing to the title. Limited edition of 200 copies, this one of the press service excluding numbering. Very good copy.
