PENDANT in 56 zolotniks (583 thousandths) yellow gold and silver in the shape of a heart, with an openwork and chased decoration of foliage set with diamonds of old sizes, topped with a cushion diamond weighing about 1.5 carats, surrounding in the centre a large cordiform aquamarine of about 100 carats, the belly adorned with a shuttle diamond.
