Small in-8, bradel red half-maroquin with corners, spine decorated throughout, untrimmed, illustrated cover preserved (Carayon). First printing. Frontispiece and one hundred woodcut vignettes in the text. Illustrated prospectus (four pages) bound in fine. Jean-Alexandre Havard, known as d'Albanès, was the brother of the publisher Gustave Havard. B. [HAVARD (Jean-Alexandre), dit D'ALBANES] and FATH (Georges). Two volumes small in-8, half red long-grained morocco with corners, untrimmed, gilt head, illustrated covers and spine kept (Bellevallée). First edition. Numerous excellent woodcut vignettes in the text, some full-page. One of the copies reported by Carteret (III, p. 94) of which pages 137 - 140 have been reprinted and are not illustrated, the table occupying page 140.
