ARAGON, Louis.
Le Paysan de Paris. Paris, Nouvelle Revue Française, 1926. In-4 [216 x 165] of 252 pp, (2) ff. the first blank : black morocco, boards covered with black wood paper surrounded by black morocco decorated with a gilt fillet, smooth spine, grey suede lining and endpapers, gilt head, untrimmed, cover and spine preserved, slipcase (J.-P. Miguet). First edition, dedicated to André Masson. Cult book, the poetic story holds a fundamental place in the foundation of surrealism. In French in the text, Paris, BN, 1990, No. 358.
