High flat-back salon furniture in molded, carved and gilded beech and oak. It comprises a three-seat bench and six armchairs. The ensemble is decorated with shells, acanthus leaves and staples. The curved backrests are supported by straight armrests with cuffs. The flared, curved belt at the front rests on cambered legs joined by X-shaped braces. Covered with Aubusson tapestry decorated with foliage and flowers, edged with brass nails. Ile-de-France. Regency period.
