Rectangular cabinet in rosewood and satinwood veneer, opening with two doors. The front and sides are decorated with diamond-tipped marquetry framed by trellises, in contrasting frieze surrounds. The rounded front jambs are decorated with chevrons. The ensemble rests on four small feet, the two front ones arched. Chased and gilded bronze trim: lock escutcheons, falls and set sabots.
