RETRAIT DES ACHATS

Dès l’adjudication, l’objet sera sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire.
L’acquéreur sera lui-même chargé de faire assurer ses acquisitions, et PBA décline toute responsabilité quant aux dommages que l’objet pourrait encourir, et ceci dès l’acquisition prononcée.

Retrait des lots :
À partir du 22 mai à 8 heures au Chemin des Vignes, 113 bis, avenue de Verdun 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux. T. +33 (0)1 46 38 11 66.
Du lundi au vendredi de 8 heures à 12 heures et de 13 heures 30 à 17 heures 30.
Le samedi de 9 heures à 13 heures. Sur présentation du bordereau acquitté et d'une pièce d'identité. A noter : le stockage est gratuit jusqu'à 30 jours après la date de la vente, il est ensuite facturé à l'acheteur 3 TTC par bouteille et par mois.
Exportation : l'exportation de tout bien de France, peut être sujet à autorisation (certificat d'exportation, autorisation douanière, etc...). Il est de la responsabilité de l'acheteur de vérifier les autorisations requises auprès du pays d'importation.

COLLECTING PURCHASES

From the moment of the auction, the lot becomes the sole liability of the successful bidder.
The buyer himself should undertake the insurance of his purchases and PBA should accept no responsibility regarding any damage that the objects might encounter as from the moment of the auction.
The collection of the lots is possible upon presentation of ID and paid invoice, as from May 22nd at 8 am at : Chemin des Vignes, 113 bis avenue de Verdun, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux. T. +33 (0)1 46 38 11 66.
From Monday to Friday : 8 am - 12 pm ; 1.30 pm – 5.30 pm. On Saturday : 9 am - 1 pm.

Please note : Storage is free up to 30 days after the auction date, after which the buyer is charged 3 Euors (VAT incl.), per bottle and per month.
Exporting the lots : Exporting any lot from France may be subject to a special authorization (Export licence, customs permit etc...) It is the buyers’ liability to verify any special authorization required regarding the specific importing country.
