Jacques PRÉVERT.
La Pluie et le Beau temps. Paris, NRF, le Point du Jour, 1955. In-8: paperback, cover decorated with an original collage. Mention of twelfth edition. Copy of Maurice and Ruth Henry, with a remarkable original collage on the cover and a signed autograph letter with small drawings: to Maurice Henry to Ruth Jacques Prévert, their friend The designer Maurice Henry (1907-1984), who was linked to the poet since they met at the end of the 1920s, is a fine source. They worked together on the set design for the Adventures of Baron de Crac, an adaptation of Münchausen, in 1939, a project that was interrupted by the war. And in 1946, Prévert composed a beautiful poetic text for the catalogue of the exhibition dedicated to Maurice Henry, who drew the poet on several occasions.
