Bibliography: - Pierre Émile Pralus, Serge Mouille, a French classic, Les éditions du Mont Thou, Saint Cyr au Mont d'Or,2006. Similar model reproduced on pages 66, 69, 84, 115, 118, 118, 123, 121-122, 129-130, 150, 156, 230. - C.& D. Krzentowski, The Complete Designer's Lights (1950-1990), JRP Ringier Publishing, Zürich, 2012. Similar model reproduced on p. 79 The simple floor lamp is undoubtedly Serge Mouille's most widely used device. Thin and elegant, it belongs to the plant register. The V of the fork is done by bending around the central rod. Under the weight of the reflector, the tube tends to bend. To compensate for this effect, Serge Mouille applies a slight bending, leaving the central barrel straight.
