Lying down, legs forward, the animal turns its head and raises its open mouth towards the sky, its tail raised against its flank and passing between its hind legs. Brabant?mid to second half of the 15th century Height: 22.5 cm - Width: 21 cm - Depth: 4.8 cm Terrace (small gaps and fillings) Similar dragons can be found on the armrests of some stall complexes in Brabant, such as the collegiate church of St. Peter in Leuven (1439-1442, fig.) or St. Sulpice in Diest (1491-1493).
