Jean PROUVÉ (1901-1984) Rare Visiteur n°350 armchair, circa 1952, with sloping oak plywood backrest and folded, partially Grenat Royan-lacquered aluminum sheet seat assembled on oak side members with a drawn-wire spacer rod secured by poêlier screws at the top and tie rods and rubber washers at the bottom. It rests on a double bent-tube steel base with turned wooden ball receptacle, fitted with wide armrests.
