Letter from the young King, countersigned by Phélypeaux, concerning the levying of taxes; he orders commissions to be sent to each of the elections for the payment of taille, and to take good care of the relief of the poor; "(...) which you will do with such care and equality (...) and that everyone conveniently bears what he owes for the relief of the poor, giving them as much as possible the means to pay their share, to prevent them from having any occasion to complain (...)".
