A mahogany and mahogany veneer chest of drawers with a central protrusion and framed decoration, opening with two drawers and a recessed crosspiece with oak inlay. The straight, rounded uprights are fluted and rest on cambered legs. Chased and gilded bronze trim: lock escutcheons, pull rings on macaroons, apron, falls, descenders and set lion's paw hooves. White veined marble top. Paris. Composed of antique elements. H_89.5 cm W_125 cm D_62 cm Apocryphal stamp: GH LUTZ (on the base of the front right jamb) Bronze and marble trim probably associated.
