LOUIS-PHILIPPE d’Orléans. 1773–1850. King of the French. Autograph letter signed with his initials to General (Sébastiani). Friday at 5:30 p.m. (November 1830). 1 p. in-8. A personal note from the King, written during the London Conference. “I believe it is necessary to formally stipulate in London that the Duchy of Bouillon is ceded to Belgium, for I note that it is not being discussed (…). ” He wishes to avoid any ambiguity, and adds: “I am writing to the King of the Belgians at this very moment.”
