Autograph letter signed with his initials to his “dearest friend.” Paris, Tuesday, June 4, 1844, 3 a.m. 1 p. double-leaf in-12; slight trace of mold. He is sending the Queen “1. The lists of paintings and portraits from the Victoria Gallery at the Château d’Eu. 2. Two articles for the newspapers, which Montalivet is handling. 3. A telegram. I couldn’t have done it any faster. I send my love to you, my sister, and the whole family.”
